Irrylath and I have been discussing about who to choose as our guild's crew members. We came down to the decision of opening the position to anyone interested. Crews have certain advantages but equal to this advantage is a heavy responsibility and duty.
Requirements:
arrow must have time for the guild, like almost everyday
arrow must constantly send out invites to non-members or recruit people
arrow must be patient because we will most likely ask you to PM inactive members
arrow must be involved in RPs and Haunted Village
arrow must be patient in answering the members' questions
arrow must join RPs to encourage the RP makers
arrow must be observe formality in certain circumstances
