does anybody know what the song that plays during the end credits in the game is called?

Sorry, but I can't help you. Try putting "ToS Ending Theme" into Youtube or something like that and have a look at what comes up. Often, the title, summary, and comments reveal the name. It's worked for me before, but I've never tried this particular song before.
