Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota is home to two major Air Force Units, and was the second of two cities that mostly managed to defend itself during Positron's strike on the country. The base there had launched several fighters with skilled pilots, taking down more and more members of the League of Conquerers with their air superiority. Soldiers on the ground fired at the oncoming troops, and the military prevailed mostly. While they took some losses, the battle ended completely when a few heroes arrived and mopped up the remaining villains. Strategist doesn't place too much worry on this borderline city, because Positron has not been able to take it, even without the heroes there. This frees up Strategist to worry about other areas that are a higher risk. The League of Tactical Heroes has helped the Air Force base rebuild and update their equipment. Working together with the greatest minds in the military, Strategist managed to help them bring their equipment up to unearthly standards, so if Positron ever strikes again, the fight will be even tougher.
