Hirose Clan
Village: Mist Village Available? Yes!
The Hirose clan are a band of famous ninja assassins, who specialize in efficient kills and work for reasonable amounts of money. They are neutral in their alliances, usually giving their devotion to the individual with the largest pockets. They work night and day perfecting their art, and lean heavily on Time-based ninjutsu. They also try to function in groups, and so most are skilled support artists.
Kekai Genkai: Changes the size of objects.
Suijan clan
Village: Mist Village Available: Yes
The Suijan clan isn't feared by anybody. It's not known well, and their ninja skills aren't too great--- But that's the way they like it. They are a healing clan, so if they were feared it would be terrible, and if they don't need ninja skills. They heal, and it's all they do.
Kekkai Genkai: Ability to Double Healing effects
The Suijan clan's Kekkai Genkai is the ability to double it's healing effects. The Village Hidden in the Mist has labeled this effect as '' The Healing Touch ''. Suijan clan members are almost essential in Mist Village Missions, due to Mist ninja's recklessness.
Shendai
Village: Mist Available? Yes!
The Shendai clan is a very cocky clan, because they have a very powerful Kekkai Genkai.
Kekkai Genkai: Ability to turn themselves to Water
The Shendai Clan's ability is to turn to water. This is especially helpful in silent killing and stealth missions.

What about the Ha clan and the Kaguya clan? If this is before the show, then they probably wouldn't have been eliminated yet, especially the Kaguya. However, their eliminations might make good story arcs.
In case anyone doesn't know (this is fairly obscure info), Ha = Haku's clan and Kaguya = Kimimaro's clan

Chaos Demon says I can help contribute new jutsu and clans. Here is one whichi may or may not enjoy.
Samejin Village: Kirigakure Availability: 6 slots
Much like the Inuzuka clan of Konoha, the Samejin make use of the fish and preferrably sharks when going into battle. In terms of summoning jutsu, they have become advanced to the point where a large body of water can be sealed in a scroll for later use.
Clan Secret: Use of fish/sharks along with the summoning of water from scrolls
Kaname Village: Kirigakure (migrated) Availabilty: 3 slots
Some stories say that the Kaname and Kaguya share a common ancestor due to their nature in body manipulation. While the Kaguya specialize in defensive bone techniques, the Kaname utilize offensive blood techniques. A few Kaname members can even use the iron found in their own blood as makeshift shuriken and kunai.
Kekkei Genkai: Manipulation of blood
Kaguya Village: Kirigakure Availabilty: 3 slots

Hyoton Village: Kirigakure Description: One of the few clans available that allows it's birth members to have more than one elemental affinity, in this case water and wind, and the ability to manipulate water. The mixing of these two elements form to create Hyoton, and a whole new field of ninjutsu based on Hyoton. The clan itself broke up a long time ago, and some of it's members simply blended into society. The family name is lost, but the blood and skill of Hyoton still carries on. Availability: 4 slots

Quote: so if i join this clan my name won't be Hyoton? I'll be a member of this clan if that's the case Yes that's true, any last name you want. The Hyoton lineage is somewhat indiscernable and hazy. And you get both Water and Wind Elements along with it.

Actually, Petross Kishi never did mention Haku's surname in any of the databooks, so the name Ho is false. I think someone derived Ho from Hyo, meaning ice.
