Shiori was grazing in a small field of flowers. She took in the scent of the grass, a smell which she really loved. The day couldn't get any better than it already was. Shiori smiled to herself and closed her eyes, enjoying the sun reflect on her bright coat. She thought of the good old days, discovering her territory, and making new friends. Now it was time to decided where she would reside. In a herd? Or on her own? She still wasn't sure, seeing as she hadn't found her perfect mate as of yet. The thought of sharing her life with someone else made her stomach feel warm and nice. How lovely it would be to have little foals and maybe a filly or two running around saying "Mom! Do this! Mom, do that! Mom, dad's gone crazy again!"
Shiori stood up, and decided to go for a walk to keep up her condition. She was getting rather lazy these days. That was when she saw it. The small blur of orange. Curiosity engulfing her, she decided to check it out.

Tsuki was preoccupied at the moment, and struggled to chase around a butterfly that was flying around her. The darn thing was way to fast, that she was having a hard time stopping its movements! It was tricking her, by flying on her nose, and then flying off to the flowers, and then flying on her head.. it really was an annoying creature!
After a moment of frustration, she turned her head to see a mare approaching her, and she watched carefully to see what she would do. Not all creatures were nice in the land, so she kept her guard up as the bright female crept closer. It was just as father had taught her, to always be wary of approaching creatures.
"Hello.." Tsuki finally said, while noticing that the female was smiling. Well, if she had approached her so nicely, that probably meant that she was a kind hearted Soquili.. right? She turned her body to face the mare, and noticed how bright her body was next to hers.

"Hey there!" Shiori exclaimed. There was something strange about this horse.. She.. was different than her. Somehow she seemed a lot younger. This was the first time Shiori had met a filly, and she wondered why her mother wasn't around. Worried, she decided to stick around with her and maybe have some fun time to work off some weight.
She glanced around the forest and plains.
"Are your parents close?" she asked, wondering if it was ok to just start playing a game with her. After all, if her parents returned and found their filly was missing, they would be certainly be worried.

Tsuki blinked for a moment before answering. "I'm on break right now, from training with my father. I suppose he is close, he trusts me though to be by myself." With a confident grin, she giggled lightly and stomped around in the grass. "Why does it matter, though?"
Bobbing her head lightly, she returned her eyes on the mare. "I'm Tsuki, who are you then?" This mare seemed kind of odd, and Tsuki didn't know what she wanted and why she had approached her. But... at least she seemed nice, and that was all that mattered really!
"Are you looking for your parents or something?" She didn't know what to do except ask questions, since this mare was still a mystery.

"Oh no, I'm not looking for my parents." Shiori beckoned. She had actually never met her parents, but didn't see why she should say that to Tsuki. It may upset her, or make her wonder. In fact, the more Shiori thought of what Tsuki's reactions may be, the more she realised she really didn't know that much about infants. When she had mentioned about her father being close, Shiori couldn't help but wonder if she should leave the filly alone in the wild here. Her father may trust her, but Shiori's motherly instincts couldn't leave Tsuki alone.
"I'm Shiori." she said, nodding. She tried to think of a way to occupy Tsuki, and maybe have a bit of fun. "Do you want to play tag?" she asked her. "Or have a race?"

Tsuki giggled at the adult, and raised her head back up after her little laugh. "Of course I enjoy playing, but now you are just assuming how child-like I am." she sighed, and brought her eyes back to the horizon. "Its not all about games you know, my parents put me through strenuous training all the time. But..." she paused, and looked back towards Shiori. "If you want to play a game, then I'm up for it. I think those kind of things should be done when two people are up for it, so I'd rather hear your opinion." Yes, everything needed to be done by agreement, and she nodded after explaining herself.
Bringing her usual smile on her face, she stepped away from what she was doing and put her attention fully on the female. She had a bright coloring like she did, and that was interesting to see, since so many were shocked by Tsuki's overall coloring.

Shiori was shocked at how bold this little filly was. She decided the best way to treat an infant with a sharp mind was to act back the same way, but nicely. It seemed her father was doing well in trusting her, Tsuki was very clever.
"Sure, I'm in for a game." she smiled at Tsuki. "How about a race?" she asked. Shiori wondered if she could beat just a little girl, but then again who knew, she wasn't too fast herself. She decided it would be worth it to spend a few hours with Tsuki, just for the pulsation and excitement of being hyper again. She had really calmed herself down after Samus's terrible remarks about her hyperness. But she kept wondering, what's so bad about being a bit childlike at heart?
