Family : She was raised by her father, Wilbart Barbaro, who is a German wizard. He is a short and rather portly balding man. Wilbart has been working on a new book (a "best seller" he has kept telling Mary) about thestrals. Needless to say, it is not turning out to well since he is not able to see them. He has been making Mary take notes on the ones currently at Hogwarts. Most people think Wilbart is crazy but Mary views him as a idiot savant, a little crazy but brilliant at the same time.
Her mother, Isabelle Morter Barbaro, was a Seer. She was very beautiful with long blond hair and a nice figure. Why she married Wilbart was often speculated while she was living. On Mary's fourteenth birthday, while she and her mother were buying a cake, Isabelle was murdered by a wizard called Ander Datero for reasons only Isabelle and Datero know. Datero is currently serving time in Azkaban.
Mary has a twin sister named Andrea. Andrea is a squib. As children, the two girls were inseparable. After Mary got her acceptance letter into Hogwarts the two girls relationship was really put to the test. Mary writes to Andrea every week and if anything their bond has grown stronger. While the two girls are twins they look nothing alike. Andrea is 5'9" with long blond hair like their mother's and a body like a model.
She has an older brother named Adalhard. He is also blond and tall, with a strong figure. He has graduated from Hogwarts and was in Gryffindor. He currently works the Ministry of Magic in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
A Bit About Him/Her : Mary is a Seer, like her mother was but she cannot control when or what she Sees. Growing up with a beautiful twin and a handsome older brother was hard for her since she was not the most attractive girl. At five-foot-nothing, she is the shortest in her family. Mary is a little overweight but that doesn't get her down. What she lacks in looks she makes up for in personality. She is kind to her friends but has a sharp tongue and always tries to get the last word in. Mary is comfortable with the way she looks and it is very hard to offend her.
She loves to bake and is pretty hand in the kitchen. Her favorite things to bake are pies and cookies. Just watch out for her around Christmas time. The German side of her really appears when she starts cooking then.
Since she was present during her mothers death, Mary is able to see the thestrals at Hogwarts.
Her favorite classes are Herbology (she has a slight crush on the teacher) and Potions. She also enjoys Transfiguration and Charms. Her least favorite class is Divination. She finds it boring.
A Moment By Himself/Herself : Strolling through the streets of Diagon Ally with her sister, Andrea, and her father was, in Mary's opinion, the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon. "Look Mary!" Andrea shouted, pointing to the broomsticks in a nearby window. "You should buy one of those!" Mary laughed. She new that she would never make it onto the Quidditch team. She decided to change the subject by pointing out Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions. "I need new robes, not a new broom." Mary grabbed her twins and started walking towards the shop. "Darlings," she heard her father call, "please wait for me!"

 I really do like this profile. It's interesting that Mary has a Squib twin and it would be fun to see how their relationship develops over the years.
But there is a small problem. Her being a seer sort of put me off. But if it is like you said, out of control, and the moderators from time to time indicate to her what she does see we're fine with it and will assume that's how it will always be until noticed otherwise.
If you don't like it though, then just edit it out. When you've made your decision, if it's either fine with us controlling the visions or not being a seer at all send me a pm and we'll review your profile again.
Other than that there are only a few spelling errors that you should watch out for (They're easily corrected using the forum's in-built spellchecker, re-reading it before posting or recurring to google.), and the fact that we are accepting no more than 4 persons per house, per year, per gender. And there's already 4 female 6th year Ravenclaws, so you need to pick either another year or another house
