I was wondering if the same astrology that humans go by affect animals in the same way. Or do they have there own separate astrology? So are there Aries cats or Scorpio zebras? And how would a rabbit rule a lion. I don’t know and if animals are affected the same way what about plants?

i'm not really too sure on the matter but in my opinion, i beleive that everyhting has a zodiac sign. & i also believe that everything is either feminine of masculine aka, a girl or a boy.
Ex. My mom's SUV, we got in the beginning of July in 2003. It has a feminine feel to it & it is sensitive like a cancer. Lol. I guess it all depends on how you look at it too I guess.

My two cats act as a true Capricorn and a true Leo should. Too much sometimes.

All living things have a zodiac sign, but you probably couldn't tell since most animals are far simpler than humans.

I too have wondered this, but I do think that astrology pertains to animals as well.

Well yeah, technically since it was born under that sign. However I don't really think it really matters since they are animals and don't have that much personality or thinking power to begin with.
