a while before the anime showed live in japanese Tv's at the end of some full metal panic episode was a one second scene from Deathnote

it's been bugging me because i dont recall seeing this scene in the anime

any help here?

It didn't occur in the anime. They simply made a small 'teaser thing' out of it. I remember watching FMP at a convention and at the end I went 'WTF, that's Death Note?'

As far as I remember, at least, it was just a little teaser to show that the DN anime was coming~ I figure xd
