Description: this is highly leathal attack that treats the attack as a mercifull electrocution that channels a small but yet lethal ammount of lightning from the heavens through the users palm transferring the lightning's power into the other palm which then sends over 1,000,000 volts of electricty into the users brain that completley shuts down and fries all neurological functions of the opponents brain but this technique's default is the time required for this technique for instance the channel an enormus surge through the sky the user must trigger the surge with a powerfull electrical charge of their own into the sky then the difficulty of trapping the opponent to use the technique is another default making this technique highly difficult to use.

Type: Ninjutsu/attack
Description:Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.
Requirements: must have masterd the chidori technique

lightning streak jutsu- kazuma focuses chakra into the soles of his sandaru to run faster across a field takes him 5 mins across the field crap!!!

lightning streak jutsu- kazuma tries running across the field again it took him 4 mins and 52 secs this time, " at least its an improvement".
