I do know that Gackt said he'd never marry... but ... WHY?! ;_; it's just too sad. i don't want him to be alone. i really think he should get remarried (previous marriage was to a Korean woman). Part of the reason why I think it's so hard for Gackt to find a lover is because of his oath! it's scaring the women away because many Japanese women look mostly for marriage as a sure thing.
I mean it's so strange.. because usually in this type of situation I'd be jealous. But I really do want the right girl to make him happy (in a different sense.. partnership, etc.)!
Discuss this and possible candidates for Gackt!
even though I have always believed that Gackt would marry/get-together-with a non-celebrity. This doesnt mean I'm thinking that I have a chance! haha. seriously.
Oh... Gackt&Ayumi? ... NO. haha idk why. they seem more like good friends. that's it.

Hmmm...it's hard for me to say because personally, I am totally against marriage! ( I didn't know he was married once before) and well...I just really don't want him to get married.
I mean, I respect a domestic partnership with no huge strings attached like in marriage, but still be dedicated and loyal to each other.
Also, if he does get a woman, I definately hope that it's not a celebrity, cos you know how much of a pain that is and how much publicity will go on, or atleast much more publicity.
And deep down inside, no matter how much I want him to not be gay, I wouldn't mind seeing him with a guy sweatdrop

I find it sad that he doesn't believe in marriage. I think it probably is because his pervious wife died and he doesn't want to forget her memory, but it's still sad. A lot of girls look forward to a wedding and such, but if they wanted to be with him then they'd miss that dream. I love Gackt, and I want him to be happy, but (as beano21 said) because of the oath it's scaring the girls away.

i just really like the idea of marriage and because i think this way, it makes sense that i would want Gackt to experience this type of happiness again (only it'd be better).

There's no way he'll get married. He doesn't want anyone's name in his family's register, from what I read.

Gackt was married?!
How come I didn't know this?
Anywho...it's his own decision.
He has close friends and such....so I'm sure he wont feel too lonely.
I myself am actually neve rplanning on getting married....so yeah.
Maybe he doesn't want to becuase it can lead to kids. Remember....he said he didn't want children.
But then again...I don't know.
It's his life and he can do with it what he pleases....as long as he doesn't do anything too drastic like overdosing on drugs or commitng a mysterious suicide...
O great...nwo I'm going to give myself nightmares.

he divorced because during that time (i think Malice Mizer time) so many fans drove his wife to a nervous breakdown. it's so sad ):
she couldnt handle it because they'd be waiting outside their home and the fans would harrass her.
how could these so called "fans" do that?!!! didnt they want Gackt to be happy?! grrrr

I have no clue.... with fans like that.... @ NinjaFerret as for why he doesn't want kids, i read that it's because he doesn't want his kids having the ability he has. I know it's at the cool like plastic site, exactly the reason.

oh another thing.. those crazy "fans" would prank call their house a lot. and they didnt just harass her they harrassed Gackt too! gonk scream
Gackt says that probably wasnt the only reason for the divorce... he thinks his wife had a lot of presssure too from other things.
