I'm trying to get a perfect town so I can get my golden watering can.

What does my town say? "You don't have enough trees!" So I plant some, yeah?

And it says "You have too many trees!"

I take away one....

"You don't have enough trees!"

Well, I guess I could give you the intricate explanation of dividing your town into 16, 16 by 16 "acres" whereupon you place 12 trees and 3 flowers in each "acre" not on any of the "sides" of the acre, but that soundsa bit crazy...
Worse... if fact...
