Title: Hollandaise Fettuccine Ingredients: Fettuccine, as much as you want. Or Linguini 4 Eggs 1/2 a teaspoon Lemon Juice 3/4 of a cup of melted butter Prep work: Melt the butter Seperate the eggs and the egg yolks Procedures: -Boil the Fettuccine, until done. Strain, After the Hollandaise sause is done cover the Fettuccine entirely with Hollandaise sause, mix well. -Scramble the egg whites. Place them on the bottom of the plate -Mix the egg yolks in a food proccesser, for 20 seconds. Then pour the melted butter in while still running, afterwhich add the lemon juice, to keep warm keep it on the stove on low. (I like to add a little garlic or cilantro. But add what you want or don't!) Recall that you must cover the fettuccinie entirely with Hollandaise Sause. Comments: I love this recipe, it's nice to have something on the bottom, the egg whites, then a nice dish on that, I like to decorate it with cilantro a** well. It is beautiful. And Delish.

It's a sause, just try it, you can put it on anything and it tastes good.
