Yes, well I know it's really hard to figure something like this out, but let's at least TRY to put up good arguments, alright?
Out of any anime (must be Japanese, it cannot be Live Action either, or an American "anime" such as Totally Spies...) which do you personally believe to be the BEST villain of them all. Which character is the greatest at being sly, cunning, always seems to get away with their plots, always sends the good guys running home to mommy, best at his job, or has the greatest morals/beliefs?
Please explain why other than just 'cause he rox' or 'because Kira-sama is the greatest!'. I'm asking for intelligent reasons... You're representing your favorite (and the best) anime villain of all time here! So do a good job defending him/her.

Muraki Kazutaka of Yami no Matsuei/Descendants of Darkness gets my vote! X3 His plans may not always succeed, but he always gets through them with a smile. A crazy, deranged, evil, and perverted smiled none-the-less! Not to mention, he his a mortal human (a severe disadvantage against the two main heroes, who are both immortal Shinigami) and yet he always seems to get the better of them. He somehow seems stronger, more cunning, and smexier, even though he is only human. Plus he's crazy, and his ambitions are as follows:
1) Kill people and make them suffer.
2) Molest all those who he considers beautiful, especially the main character.
3) Bring his dead half-brother back to life so he can kill him himself.
If those aren't the best villainous ambitions in the world then I don't know what are! X3 Oh, and he has a crazy eye! Gotta love the crazy eye! <3
