You walk through a dark, lush forest, wondering exactly where you are when you push a curtain of vines away, revealing simplistic beauty. A small river runs through the center of the land, bringing species of all kinds to its banks. Your eyes take you further up the sloping grass where a large cave sits nestled into a mountainside with various taurs standing nears its entrance.
" Welcome, young traveller. " A large cervitaur smiles to you; the smile of one older than he appears. His snowy hair is pulled into a ponytail by a lilac ribbon and his dual colored eyes bring about questions in you. He holds out his hand and nods back towards the depths of his home. " I bid you salutations. Come; you have much too learn. "
Within these hallowed walls, many taur have converged around a single human teenager. They have all pledged loyalty to her in one way or another, allowing her to become their gaurdian.
Venture forth, merry traveller, and see into the lives of all those gathered by one such person. The rainbowlific Gaian, Moose.

Zale  Personality: Zale is an extremely impulsive cattaur who goes wherever the wind takes him. He's been travelling around the isles ever since he was a small cub, meeting all kinds of interesting taurs and learning many different ways of life. Where once he was a snarky youth he is now a quick witted matured male who has retained his brutal honesty. Sometimes, however, he just doesn't care about the feelings of others and lets the insults fly. His temper is legendary in some parts but it is common knowledge that with the raising of his adoptive son, he's calmed down considerably. Age has also tempered him in that it has given him the experience to see the errors in his life, and allowed him the calm that only comes after a large storm.
He holds his friends in the highest honors and will fight to defend them with his life. Zale doesn't let fear rule over his life- Its much too short for that sort of nonsense.
Where abouts: Although Zale's primary occupation is that of a fisherman, he often spends his winters on the main land taking on odd jobs in whichever village he has chosen to take port. He has no primary residence that he calls home, thus making it hard for him to communicate with those of his old life.
Magical Abilities: Zale's only magical gifts come through the form of fire that is fueled by his emotions - He is never aware of when these moments occur. It is almost as if it is locked within him, and once opened it is a powerful force.

Jynx  Personality: From the moment Jynx first arrived in the world, her life seemed cursed. Her tribe thought that she was a blessing because of her dark markings but when her mother turned on her, they exiled her and left the young child defenseless. Without anyone to care for her, she sat huddled in a warm valley, suffering from the sudden change from frigid temperatures to mild, when Zale found her. Young himself, he drug her out of the bushes and brought her to his family.
She's cut a cut above the rest, thats for sure. Always one to rely on optimism and second chances, Jynx refuses to see that horrible deeds someone commits for what they truly are. Her favorite things in the world to do are painting with her dear mate, Kale, goofing off with Xylia and running. When she feels the wind through her hair, she knows that she's accepted, no matter what her 'family' might say.
