-Good to see a Leatherhead themed episode! But poor guy was fighting his inner savage the whole time. I know how he feels crying

-The hunter seemed like an evil Crocodile Dundee. Also, the way he kept talking to his R2D2-esque robot and his gun scared me (the robot, I could sorta see, but the gun... o_O )

-Oroku Saki and "hero" are two words that don't belong in the same sentence.

-I really like the dream Leatherhead had about the demonized TMNT, Shredder, Baxter, and Bishop. Very creepy. I need pics of them ^_^

-Just when I thought Raph was the big bonehead for setting the stuff off, Leo goes and steps on a mine. Smooth move, fearless leader.

-I believe the funniest part was when Don told Mikey to hold the bo on the mine while he, Raph, and Leo went to lunch.

-Poor Don lost his bo in the turbine. My mom says he can just get another one at Wal-Mart whee

-Do you think the hunter is dead? Or did he somehow survive?

-I forgot what next week's ep is about. Can someone help?

Now hang on here... Even the best of us make mistakes. Trust me, I've done it myself in things I thought I was perfect at.

In my story, I have Leo mess up in the guys' practice. Then he feels he needs to make amends for it with more practice after the official lesson. To quote from my own words of advice I have Splinter to tell him "True perfection cannot be achieved because you always have something to learn."

Hey! I finally have a valid reason to poke fun of Leo, and you crush it. Thanks a lot. crying

I'm sorry you feel that way, but I was merely stating a fact. Besides, when it comes to matters like this with Leonardo, I become like a lioness defending her mate. I feel very protective towards him.

I liked that Oroku Saki part they added in. It's little things like that that help make the story go more smoothly.

When Leatherhead had the dream and the Turtles looked like zombies, did anyone else think they looked like the zombies we turned into on Gaia during the Halloween stuff?

Next week's episode is unclear who the main antagonist is from the preview. Apparently, someone is driving around with a "nuke" and they showed Rap on his motorcycle and there's going to be a bunch of driving scenes.

Again, I must confess that I missed this episode too... sweatdrop I do see that some interesting things happened though from your description, S. I'm afraid I must ask Mr. Laird to spare my life, as you have ingeniously suggested in your poll!

I totally hate that the city is now going to call Oroku Saki a "hero". He is a durtball and needs to go to prison!

Mikey: *tries to calm Delaney down* sweatdrop Come on huh, it was just a little tv thing, everything is going to be okay...

Delaney: Yeah, once that guy finally stays dead! scream And I know just how to do it too.... *walks off with a pair of nunchakus and a sai stolen from raph's room* hehehe....

Anywho... I loved the episode after all, and that croc hunter guy.... yeah, definately too obsessed with inanimate objects. Espeically his gun.

biggrin And no body better touch my Mikey under my watch. If Leatherhead wasn't such a cool character, I would be upset with him for hurting Mikey... xp
Anyway, sorry for my outburst....

Sorry to say this, but I thought the ep. sucked . . .

I mean, the hunter dude was stupid (stupid aussie imitation guy . . stressed ), but the dialogue was okay . . .
Nice to see Leatherhead again though . . . .

The "zombified" Turtles was the best part . . . I'll agree to that, but I thought the latter of the episode was complete boredom.

That's just my opinion though, . . . . no flames . . . whee

I loved this episode but the biggest shock was seeing the nuke in the next episode preview. That was something even I did not expect to see in this show. (The nukes shot in Alien invaders aside.)

No problemo, although the overprotectiveness over a fictional character is kinda scary. Then again, I do feel like the TMNT are my real brothers, and Splinter is my real sensei. In any case, I felt all of the Turtles were acting a little... dumber than usual on that episode. I mean, they're nin-ja - they knew that someone was tailing Leatherhead, but they didn't seem to take any extra precautions.

I really enjoyed this ep for afew reasons, one seeing LeatherHead get such a main part and get a place next to the Turtles is really cool. Two the Turtles with the mines... true that was careless of them... but thinking from their point of view what hunter would have mines? Really what Hunter would have most of the stuff that guy had.

The hunter reminded me of a character from the Next Mutation, Bonesteel. Which was one of the main bad guys (and I recently met him this summer too). He named all of his weapons as well, and of course when he learned of life size talking Turtles he began to hunt them. To the point that Leonardo studied to be a Hunter himself, so that he could hunt Bonesteel.

The dream was weird, and I really felt for LeatherHead having such a nightmare like that.

LeatherHead is making a lot of mistakes like breaking the tea cup and such, as if he never lived with anyone before... which does kind of trouble me. He lived in the TCRI building, where I'm more than sure that he had to be careful not to break things... so why now does he move as if he's not use to stuff around him. I understood the tea cup he was distracted... but the tea pot?

Now about next weeks ep, it's another ep based off of an original Mirage comic, that's right... wanna know the story line.. pick up Mirage Vol. 1 #12 and you'll find out what's up with the nukes and how the Turtles got invold. Of course I know it'll be different in a few areas, but so far a lot of the shows made to match the comics end up finding areas that are line by line. biggrin

While I won't go saying this episode was my favorite, I will say that I still liked it very much! Poor Leatherhead! crying Just when we're all happy that the five of them (the Turtles and Leatherhead) got away from that saw-happy twip named Bishop, his residue shows that it's still around! stressed I want to know what he did to our resident croc, and I want to know now -- so's I can bash his head in with great satisfaction! scream

That dream was very freaky -- no wonder he freaked out and hurt Mike, but at least it wasn't like how Wolverine hurt Rogue in the first X-Men movie! That would hurt! 3nodding

As for the teapot . . . I think that once Leatherhead began freaking out about having broken the cup he felt so flustered that, as things often do in this type of situation, go from bad to worse . . hence the teapot being next in line to be busted.

I, too, noticed the . . . similarities between our animated Aussie hunter and 'good old' Bonehead from the Next Mutation, Ivey! I've gotten used to ferreting out all the little 'nods' made to previous incarnations of the Turtles' universe -- like the number thing when April was trying to get closer to the TCRI building, where it was a 9 . . but 'fell' over to become a 6! These little details are something that only an 'older' fan would pick up on . . maybe . . but it's still funny as 'shell'!

(You've met the actor who played Bonesteel!!? eek I so envy you all you've been able to do, Ivey!! I wouldn't mind being able to meet him -- heck, I thought that he was going to be a really wacked out version of Casey, at first, when I saw just pics of him on the official site!)

Yeah, he reminded me of Bonesteel as well. If I remember correctly, he was played by Scott McNeil, right?

Yup, Scott McNeil who is also well known as a voice over for many animes. He was at a convention in Toronto.

Yeah, Scott McNeil is definately on my list of favorite American VA's. I've just recently heard his voice in my brother's "Def Jam: Fight For NY" game, and as the main villain in Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.
