Plot Summary:Wikipedia Hana-Kimi centers on Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl who lives in the United States. One day, she sees a track and field competition on TV, and becomes attracted to one of the competitors, Izumi Sano, competing in the high jump. She begins to idolize the young athlete and eventually transfers to Japan to attend the same school that Sano attends. There is a catch, however -- Sano attends an all-boys high school, named Osaka Gakuen, and Mizuki must disguise herself as a boy to enter.

I've only read the first few volumes of the manga XD
But it was an interesting read... I believe this is the manga with the pervert doctor right? XD;; who knows the truth about her? -totally forgetful-

As far as I know, only three people know she's a girl: Sano, Umeda and Io.

Well lets see, so far, i noe that the doctor guy is gay, Mizuki really likes Sano and the other guy (i forgot his name) likes Mizuki but he thinks he is gay. Sano starts to high jump again but he cant cuz of a problem inside of him (his heart and soul problem) and thats about it
