Stepping into Diagon Alley during supply season made it almost as impossible to move as if you were in the center of a stampede of wild buffalo. With students, teachers, parents, shop owners, and everyone else who dreadfully decided to enter the shopping sector, there was no suprise that Autumn found it difficult to maintain her composure. She had a task to accomplish, and nothing would stop her from it. Swiftly walking down the main street, she made her way to her safe little haven, the best place to shop around; Obscurus Books.

Upon entering, she saw the face that had always smiled at her for the past six years. "Good morning, Sir," she politely said as she headed straight for the reading material she needed. Knowing the store like the back of her broomstick, she was in and out in record time, claiming all of the new term's books for her own.

With her most important task down, Quality Quidditch Supplies was her next destination. Autumn always had her eye on the new broom line, Vulcanus, and now that she'd saved up enough Galleons, one would be hers. Decending off of the Firebolt, Vulcanus brooms were too made of Ash and are able to maintain a higher top speed.

Next came the essentials for everyday learning - quills, parchment, and everything of the sort. Most of the items on her list had already been aquired in previous years, but there were still those that needed to be replaced and restocked. Soon enough, Autumn's money pouch was near empty and her school shopping was offically completed.

Sebastian had handed her a few Sickles and Galleons of his own before she left, just to that she could pick up the items for him, but she knew better than that. If that little brat thinks that he'd use me to take a day off, he better think again. Plus...Diagon Alley, as treterous as it is, is still a great place to experience. I'm not letting him miss out his first time. Of course, that'll be a straight run of his own supplies, s'why he's home right now. He'll thank me for it one day. With that, Autumn found herself back inside the Leaky Cauldron, sitting down for a drink before heading home.

It was early in the afternoon, and lex's heart was already filled with dread as she entered the leaky cauldron, concentrating on the task at hand: get all school supplies, pick up some books on the side, buy cat food, and take a look at amazing quidditch gear she could only dream of having. Of course, she had to accomplish this and be back in time for a makeshift dinner her father would muster up that evening. with a sigh, lex sat down and ordered a cup of chamomile in an attempt to soothe her nerves before entering the riotous diagon alley. Reading an old issue of the daily prophet and sipping arduously, she glanced up to see another student in the near empty bar. She had apparantly finished her shopping with mounds of books and supplies at her feet. Lex was about to continue reading when she observed a package the girl had posessed in the shape of a broomstick. From its unique shape, Lex automatically knew it was a fine broom. Curiosity got the best of her and Lex rose and approached the girl.
"pardon, but I was wondering, what type of broom is that?"
