The list of Ki Releases, as promised.
Notes on Ki Releases: All starting characters will start out with the ability to use Level 'E' Releases. Once you gain the minimum amount of Ki required of a level plus 10, you can use that level of Release.
Level A Releases cannot be used by a character of an opposing Innate. Level S Releases can only be used by a character of the same Innate, the only exception to this rule being Neutral Releases.
RESTORING KI:
There are a few ways to restore your Ki.
Sleeping- Ah yes, the power of a good night's sleep. As long as you are sleeping in a BED (which will be designated by a thread specifically made for living quarters for the characters), when you wake up your Ki will be back at maximum. Also, if your character gets sent to the hospital (or other such establishment), their Ki will also be restored and their wounds healed (unless it's something irrevocable like a limb getting eaten by a Sand Worm)
Napping/Meditation- While not as effective as a bed, you can still find a good tree to lean against and have a catnap. Restores 20% of your Ki per post.
Eating- Some good food can do wonders for your body. A good meal will restore 50% of your Ki.
Items- Once the guild gets a bit more active, you'll be able to purchase items that restore Ki or boost stats in exchange for a small donation to the Guild.

Light Element Releases
Light, the power of the Sun and of the Heavens. There are fewer offensive spells and more healing ones.
Offensive Releases
Photon Beam - Light - Level E - 1 Ki Gather Light into your palm and fire it in a small beam at a single opponent.
Star Shower - Light - Level D - 4 Ki Summon balls of light and launch them at a foe.
Heaven Burst - Light - Level A - 42 Ki Unleash your Holy energy in a large radius.
Divine Fury - Light - Level S - 60 Ki Light radiates from your body, giving you an almost ethereal look, light particles bursting forth and attacking your foes with purifying energy.
Healing Releases
Healing Glow - Light - Level D - 8 Ki A light glow emanates from your fingertips, healing minor wounds and relieving pain.
Heavenly Glow - Light - Level C - 20 Ki The glow suffuses your hands, granting you the power to heal non-life-threatening wounds and reattach minor appendages such as hands.
Purify - Light - Level B - 25 Ki Purge impurities from the body such as poisons, illnesses, etc. Note: This will not work on Ki-related poisons.
Blessed Glow - Light - Level A - 45 Ki Allows the user to heal potentially life-threatening wounds and reattach limbs.
Heaven's Kiss - Light - Level S - 52 Ki Purges all impurities from the body and can heal mortal wounds (i.e. massive blood loss, large brain damage, wounds to the heart, etc.). Limbs can be regrown.
Breath of Life - Light - Level S - 0 Ki Allows the user to revive a person from the dead in exchange for their own life. Note: Using this Release will result in the death of your character. PM a crew member if you plan on using it.
Support Releases
Pure Heart - Light - Level D - 5 Ki Changes the target's innate to 'Light' for ten posts.
Name: Purifying light - Level C - 15 Creats a ray of light that illuminates the area increases the effect of Light Ki/Tech skills 25% (Outside Only)
Indomitable Will - Light - Level B - 20 Ki Raise your SPR by 50%.
Frail Soul - Light - Level B - 30 Ki Lower an opponent's SPR by 50%.
Sorcerous Awakening - Light - Level A - 40 Ki Raise the SPR of everyone in a twenty-foot radius by 50%. (This includes your opponents, by the way.)
Divine Intervention - Light - Level S - 80 Ki Target becomes immune to Ki Release/Techs for 8 posts.
Seal Evil - Light - Level S - 50 Ki Black Releases cannot be used by the target for the remainder of a battle.

Shadow Element Releases
Darkness, the power of Hell and of the Shadows. This is a more tactical category, focusing more on the debilitation of others.
Offensive Releases
Shadow Ball - Dark - Level E - 2 Ki Gather darkness into your hand and use it to blow your enemy back.
Shadow Sword - Dark - Level D - 8 Ki Form the shadows into a wicked blade. Lasts 5 posts.
Hellfire - Dark - Level A - 40 Ki Summons black flames that ravage all in their path.
Dark Matter - Dark - Level S - 70 Ki A powerful technique that can alter space/time itself, inflicting massive damage in a radius of 15 feet.
Healing Releases
Revenge - Dark - Level S - All Ki (must have at least 70 left) A dangerous technique to use, it uses massive amounts of dark energy to heal the damage done to yourself, and inflict it on a single target. After using it, their body will become very weak, all stats dropping to 1 for the next ten posts. Useful if you are dying and your opponent is in perfect health, but advised against beyond that.
Support Releases
Shadowed Soul - Dark - Level D - 5 Ki Changes the target's innate to 'Dark' for ten posts.
Genius - Dark - Level B - 20 Ki Raise target's INT by 50%.
Imbecile - Dark - Level B - 30 Ki Lower target's INT by 50%.
Dark Aura - Dark - Level A - 40 Ki Lower SPR of all targets in a 20-foot radius by 50%. (This includes you as well.)
Demonic Aura - Dark - Level S - 80 Ki All targets within a 20-foot radius cannot use Ki for the next 8 posts. (Including yourself)
Seal Light - Dark - Level S - 50 Ki Light releases cannot be used by the target for the remainder of the battle.

Water Element Releases
The power of the Sea and of Winter. The Releases here are not powerhouse spells. Rather, they tend to slow your opponents down and keep you moving quickly.
Offensive Releases
Ice Lance - Water - Level E - 3 Ki Form a large spear of ice and launch it at an opponent.
Bubble - Water - Level C - 15 Ki Trap your opponent within a large sphere of water. (Note: if their SPR value is higher than yours, they can break free. Otherwise, the Release will last 3 posts.
Ice Blast - Water - Level B - 25 Ki Catch your opponent in a blast of frigid air, freezing them to the spot for the next five posts. (again, if their SPR is higher, they can break free.)
Flash Flood - Water - Level S - 50 Ki Summon floodwaters to wash your opponent away. (Note: This will leave about 2 feet of standing water for the next 20 posts)
Healing Releases
Healing Water - Water - Level C - 20 Ki Heal minor wounds and restore 20 Ki. (Note: can be stored for later once made)
Healing Rain - Water - Level S - 80 Ki Heals major wounds and restores Ki to maximum. Effective radius is 20 feet.
Support Releases
Watery Disposition - Water - Level D - 5 Ki Change the target's Innate to 'Water' for the next 10 posts.
Name: Heavenly Rain - Level C - 15 Makes it rain increase the effect of Water and ice Ki/Tech skills 25%
Current - Water - Level B - 20 Ki Speed blood flow in the target's body, raising AGL by 50%.
Chill - Water - Level B - 30 Ki Lower temperature in the target's body to slow reflexes, lowering AGL by 50%.
Vigora - Water - Level S - 70 Ki Double your AGL for the next 10 posts.
Seal Fire - Water - Level S - 50 Ki Target cannot use Fire Releases for the remainder of a battle.

Fire Element Releases
The power of flames and the fury of the Sun itself. This is a heavily offensive category, with virtually no healing.
Offensive Releases
Fireball - Fire - Level E - 1 Ki Launch a small fire ball at an opponent.
Magma Bomb - Fire - Level E - 3 Ki Summon forth small chunks of molten rock and have them explode at your opponent's feet.
Fire Pillar - Fire - Level D - 6 Ki A towering column of flames engulfs a single opponent.
Magma Burst - Fire - Level C - 15 Ki The earth opens up beneath your opponent, magma shooting forth into the air like a geyser.
Heat Wave - Fire - Level B - 27 Ki Heat the air to a temperature of over 200 degrees. Lasts 3 posts.
Volcano - Fire - Level A - 50 Ki Fire and brimstone burst forth from the ground, incinerating all in their path.
Solar Flare - Fire - Level S - 80 Ki A massive flame engulfs everything in a 20 foot radius.
Self-Destruct - Fire - Level S - 50 Ki Concentrates deadly explosive fire into your body, causing it to explode violently, annihilating everything in a 50-foot radius. (Note: This will kill the character who uses it. PM a crew member if you're going to use it. If their SPR is higher than yours however, they can still survive.)

Fiery Temper - Fire - Level D - 5 Ki Change the Target's Innate to 'Fire' for the next 10 posts.
Empower - Fire - Level B - 20 Ki Raise target's STR by 50%.
Weaken - Fire - Level B - 30 Ki Lower target's STR by 50%.
Berserker Rage - Fire - Level A - 45 Ki Double your STR and STA and halve your SPR and INT for the next 10 posts.
Seal Water - Fire - Level S - 50 Ki Target cannot use Water Releases for the remainder of a battle.

Wind Element Releases
The power of the sky. Wind and Lightning at your beck and call. This is a long-range area, with a lot of focus on sight.
Offensive Releases
Spark - Wind - Level E - 2 Ki Send a mild jolt through the opponent's body.
Air Cutter - Wind - Level D - 6 Ki Slash the air so quickly that an opponent up to 10 feet away is cut.
Lightning Strike - Wind - Level C - 15 Ki Call down a bolt of Lightning to strike a single foe.
Sonic Blast - Wind - Level B - 28 Ki Generate a massive blast of air that goes out in all directions.
Tornado - Wind - Level A - 45 Ki Generate a large tornado that tears through your opponents. Lasts 5 posts.
Supercell - Wind - Level S - 80 Ki Calls down all the fury of the most terrifying of thunderstorms on your opponents, with hurricane-force winds and numerous lightning strikes. Lasts 10 posts.
Air Lock - Wind - Level S - 70 Ki This attack takes in a huge amount of air in the area and focuses it into a highly pressurized orb in the users hand. Special note: This attack will kill everyone in a sealed room.
Healing Releases
Cleansing Wind - Wind - Level B - 25 Ki Heals minor wounds and helps to cleanse the mind, creating a calming effect.
Support Releases
Airy Personality - Wind - Level D - 5 Ki Change target's Innate to Wind for the next 10 posts.
Name: Hurricane - Level C - 15Ki Creates a Hurricane increases the effect of Wind Ki/Tech skills 25%(Outside Only)
Eagle's Eye - Wind - Level B - 20 Ki Enhances your vision, raising the target's PCP by 50%.
Bat's Eye - Wind - Level B - 30 Ki Blurs the target's vision, lowering its PCP by 50%.
Seal Earth - Wind - Level S - 50 Ki Target cannot use Earth Releases for the remainder of a battle.

The strength of mother Earth. The ground and the plants that thrive in it will defend you. A more defensive category.
Offensive Releases
Uplift - Earth - Level E - 2 Ki Drops a chunk of earth on an opponent.
Leaf Blade - Level C - 15 Ki Creates a long, razor-sharp leaf in your hand that can be used like a sword. Lasts 5 posts.
Spire - Level B - 22 Ki A large spike of rock bursts forth out of the ground, impaling your foes.
Leaf Storm - Level A - 35 Ki Summons a massive cloud of razor leaves that fire at numerous opponents.
Earthquake - Level S - 60 Ki Creates a massive earthquake, tearing apart the ground to crush your foes.
Healing Releases
Support Releases
Rockheaded - Earth - Level D - 5 Ki Change target's Innate to Earth for 10 posts.
Earth Shield - Level C - 18 Ki Summons a large wall of Earth to block an attack (or stop a person from getting past it)
Stone Skin - Earth - Level B - 20 Ki Hardens the skin, raising STA by 50%.
Soft Skin - Earth - Level B - 30 Ki Softens the skin, lowering STA by 50%.
Diamondskin - Earth - Level S - 80 Ki Target becomes immune to all physical attack for 8 posts (this includes Techs that rely on STR value)
Seal Wind - Earth - Level S - 50 Ki Terget cannot use Wind Releases for the remainder of the battle.

Neutral Releases
Ki Releases that are independent of Innates.
Special Note: If you so desire, you can charge a Neutral Release with Elemental Ki. Thus, a Fire Innate using Ki Wave could make a wave of fire, a Wind Innate using Ki Ball could basically rip Chidori if they wanted.
A special note on illusions: These all depend on the INT stat. If your target's INT is higher than yours, they can see through it.
Offensive Releases
Ki Wave - Neutral - Level D - 10 Ki Send out an omnidirectional burst of raw Ki.
Ki Burst - Neutral - Level B - 30 Ki Sends out numerous 'missiles' of Ki that close in on a single opponent.
Ki Ball - Neutral - Level S - 90 Ki Creates a highly explosive ball of pure Ki in the hand. This 'Ki Orb' can penetrate most armors, and rip through flesh like nobody's business. However, the raw amount of Ki it requires ensures that only a select few can use it.

Support Releases
Doppleganger - Neutral - E - 3 Ki - Illusion An illusion that produces up to five copies of the user. These copies have neither substance nor spirit, and will only move the way their original tells them.
Phobia - Neutral - D - 8 Ki - Illusion An illusionary technique that causes the target to involuntarily see their worst fears.
Disguise - Neutral - E - 3 Ki - Illusion Projects an illusion that can mimic any outward appearance the user desires.

Summons
Summoning is an applied form of space/time magic, allowing beings or objects to be transported instantaneously from one place to another, across time, or even between dimensions. Obviously, this is a very powerful and highly sought-after ability.
RULES ON SUMMONING
1. Summons must be purchased. I'll put up a shop for them one the guild gets going. 2. Summons have their own stats, and grow at the same rate you do in skill. This means that if you gain 10 SP, the Summon will gain 10 SP. 3. Summons are unique. No two people can use the same summon, unless one character has SPECIFICALLY passed the power to summon to another character. 4. Summons must be approved by me. Meaning, PM them to me with the title 'Summon Profile'. 5. Summons can NOT die. If they are destroyed, they cannot be summoned again until you are restored. (eating, sleeping, etc.)
Use the following profile for Summons:
Name of Summoner: Summon Name: Cost: How much Ki it takes to summon. Appearance: Describe your Summon or provide a picture. Innate: It must be the same Innate as the character who summons it. Stats: Take the total of all your stats, and raise that number by 25%. That's how much SP you have to start off with. Note: (Here's the glorious thing about Summons: they don't need Ki. Take note, they cannot use Releases out of their range, but they are essentially unlimited in the number of Releases they can use.) STR: PCP: STA: SPR: INT: AGL: Tech Skills: Summons are allowed to have 2 Tech Skills per level, EXCEPT Level S. Level S skills are considered 'Finisher Moves' and once used, the summon will dispel. Tech skills can only be used once when it comes to a Summon. Ki Releases: Post the Releases your Summon knows here.

TECH SKILLS
Tech Skills are special abilities that are unique to your character, that are generally speaking more powerful than normal Releases (you could even think of them as 'Limit Breaks' if you want). As your character gains more Ki, they will 'level up', so to speak. For each Level, your character will gain the ability to use the next level of Ki Releases, as well as a new Tech Skill.
Level E - All characters automatically have an E-Level Tech Skill. Level D - Gained when Ki > 12. Level C - Gained when Ki > 20. Level B - Gained when Ki > 35. Level A - Gained when Ki > 50. Level S - Gained when Ki > 70.
Once your Ki reaches these levels, PM your leader with the following form (put 'Level [insert level here] Tech Skill' in the title or it will be IGNORED.
Name: The name of your Tech Skill. Level: The Level of the Skill. Ki: How much Ki does it cost? Stat: What stat does your Tech rely on? (For example, a tech where a character casts an illusion would rely on INT, while firing lasers out of your eyes would rely on PCP) Effect: What does the tech do?
Also use this when creating your first Tech.
