I'm not a big fan of that show at all except for the cute little animal.. X3

Yeah. Kappa Mikey is just a parody about anime. They made fun of Spirited Away's Yababa.

It's pretty much just a parody about anime and Japanese culture. Things like
Kello Kitten (Hello Kitty.)
Guano (Basically looks like Sableye from Pokemon.)
and my most hated character in Kappa Mikey,
Dr. Takashi Katashi. D: (They made fun of Kakashi!! That's NOT cool!! >.<)

I agree. It's just a silly parody about anime. I don't think they really even tried to make it look anime-ish, except with really the expressions. I mean, at least with Avatar, it looks decent, and they tried, for an American-made anime. But this UBER DUMB show just made fun of the anime we all know and love, basically.
