 Tia'fitna stalked through the underbrush, her yellow eyes slitted knowingly. She had lived here for a while with her mother and brother, but hadn't interacted with a lot of the other members. And while she just loved to play tricks and such on her family, she wanted a few more friends to "play" with. She knew there had to be someone around here somewhere. Maybe she could sneak up on them? She grinned to herself. Yes, seeing their startled face would be fun!

 ((Poor little Kipepo XD))
-His steps weren't exactly timid as he made his way though the remotely familar landscape, but they certainly weren't a thing of power or exceptional masculinity. He'd spent so much of his cubhood at home, hanging around the pridal den, keeping close to his parents and twin. Learning about traditions, and things that Upepo would need to one day rule. But today he'd been ushered off. Whether it was because they were busy, or because they knew he needed some social interaction he didn't know, but he made the best of it anyway.
Gazing at the plants and path as he walked it slowly, he took in each sight with soft curiousity, dual toned tail swaying mildly.- "Hmmm.. what is this?" -He paused, young paw rising to pad at a small plant.-

Tia grinned slyly as she heard something moving. Ahah! Here we go. She pressed her belly against the ground, eyes glittering with mischief. Now just to wait. She kept herself as still as possible and though she was eager, she didn't let it stop her good sense. No...if she wanted to surprise them she had to be clever and quiet.
Finally she saw the pad of the underside of a paw coming through her hiding spot. Her limbs snapped into action and she leaped forward and cried "RAWR!"

-His eyes widened to portions that seemed almost impossible, maw dropped open in silent protest as he reeled backwards. It took only a second, and too anyone but himself it might have looked even comical. But to Kipepo the whole thing ran in slow motion, his horror magnified for what seemed forever as his eyes tried to adjust onto whatever had startled him.
Body splayed backwards on the ground, his ears settled back in submissive fear, his eyes continued to gaze wide at the girl, until finally his mind slipped the pieces together, gasping for words.- "W... w.. what are you doing!"
-It was almost a whimper, the poor young boy certainly not imagining his early social encounters to be soo.. strange.-

Tia landed on light paws just in front of him. She blinked her yellow eyes and dawned an innocent look. "Do what?" she asked, as if she hadn't just pounced out of no-where to yell at him. She rubbed her cheek against a nearby fern, lifting her whiserks a little. Tilting her head at him, she swished her tail, "Why'd you fall over? Are you ok?" Despite her tone, he gaze sparkled with mischief.

-Still laying back against the ground his mind tried to wrestle with her words. He was going to protest. But her words.. She had jumped out at him! She totally had, that's why he fell back! But as she went on as if nothing had happened the guillability of Kipepo began to seap into his brain.
Had... had he imagined it? He didn't think his imagination was that vivid.. but.. If he had.. it wouldn't be very nice to accuse someone of lying.- "I... I don't know.."
-He replied finally, obvious confusion and uncertainty lacing his features.- "I must've.. slipped. Or something."
-Finally shifting to make his way to his feet, he gave himself a little shake, loosening the dirt from his white pelt.- "I'm fine. Whoo.. are you?"
