 ((Feel free to play your pup after I've posted it's birth. :3 You aren't required to play it though, as I know playing a newborn can be a little tough and repetitive. If anyone has a birthing order they prefer, please let me know ahead of time (aka, you want your pup to be the eldest or youngest).)) -Oh how the weeks have flown by. It hadn't been long at all after Cascata and Demani had decided to stay together that the young female's belly began to swell. And for all her obliviousness in the world, it was one thing that Casca did know about. Her days and nights were filled with thoughts of babies, happily telling everyone that she was expecting, pondering over how many there would be.
Each day she watched the swelling of her tummy with joy and care, seemingly just as pleased with Demani, despite not quite understanding how he'd helped in the process.
Today however... for the first time in a long while she did not feel well. Her normal glow was gone, and her stomach kept lurching and cramping, causing her steps to falter.
Whimpering gently, she paused by the watering hole, trying to debate between laying down for a few minutes, or heading home to mother to see if she knew of anyway to make her feel better. As of yet, it had not occured to her the cause of her pain, and the poor pup howled rather miserablly in dismay. She hadn't eaten anything funny she didn't think.-

A white form walked silently out from her wooded den, lean body and long legs stretching out in effort to get rid of any stiffness. Miremba had been quite busy with teaching her daughter the ways of the past, and thus felt a bit bad ignoring her other pups. Though some had already left the pack to find their own ways of life, there were a few still left that she wanted to see, and one included the soon-to-be mother, Cascata.
So, as she heard the howl, her paws stopped and her ears perked. All she could do is look around with her soft eyes a moment before rushing off to the sound, taking only a minute to run into her daughter with more than a little worry flashing across her features.
"Cascata?" She asked softly, ears falling back sightly as she sniffed lightly at the air, and took in the actions of the gray female, "Are you alright?"

A white and green male was currently resting on his back looking up on the clouds that was floating by and just took it easy he had no idea that this day would be filled with more then just resting and pretty clouds. Demani yawned and scratched himself lightly on his belly with his front paws.
Then he tilted his head to the side to see if there was interesting going on apparntly not right now. He hadn't seen that many of the other wild dogs that belonged to this pack and Cascata he hadn't seen since this morning.
Life here was just beautiful and he loved every minute of it but latley his mate had seemed to act a little diffrent and she seemed rounder over her tummy. Sure the tought over her being pragnent had hit him but he hadn't been thinking so much about it but he would surley get a surprise this day.

-Casca was more then delighted when the familar scent and sound neared, making both of options valid and acheivable, lowering herself to sit awkward. Her tail swayed very lightly, smile on her maw as her mother approached, though despite the pleasantries, another soft whimper escaped with her words.-
"I have a stomachache... It hurts a whole lot."
-Shifting softly to try and keep her front paws from brushing against her tender belly, she pleaded with silent eyes that her mother come closer. That she fix things. Wasn't that what mother's did?-

Keeping an eye upon her daughter, Miremba found herself sniffing lightly at the air again as she noted the avoidance of the belly. However, it was the words that Cascata spoke that sent a red-flag up to the mother's mind, and a soft frown set upon her light features.
"I think it might be safe to assume that it is time darling..." Miremba spoke softly, attempting to become soothing as thought of the best way to go about it. Last time she was alone, and as she realized that, she also realized that really all she could do was be by Cascata's side throughout the birth.

Demani continued to spend his tought to think of what he would catch for dinner tonight he hoped it would be something good and more then him needed to eat as well so he hoped it would be something big. Then he perked his ears forward...wasn't it awfully quite today? Hmm maybe something was going on?
He decided to get up and go and sheck on things. He walked back longer into the forest there usually most dogs of the pride use to hang out but he didn't spot Cascata, her mother not even his sister.
Maybe he should go down and sheck the water area? he turned around and started to walk in that direction instead.

-There was a mix of delight and confusion on the young one's face as her mother's words soothed her mind. She was delighted, absolutely ecstatic that it was time, that all her silly childlike fantasies were about to come true. But at the same time, the pain and ripples through her stomach still threw her for a loop. Was it supposed to hurt like this? What a horrible thing! For something so beautiful and wonderful to cause so much misery.
Creeping forward to bump her head against her mother's shoulder, she stopped in mid-lick as another contraction rocked her. Good thing nature and instinct would guide her. It was easier then sitting and having to think about it.
Plopping down onto her side, as the motion seemed to settle her stomach a little, and make her legs less wobbley, she nuzzled her nose thankfully against her mother's foreleg. She wasn't afraid.
And before she could even think about it, or lift her muzzle to ask her mother of anything else, another cramping rippled her tummy, and nature took it's course, instinct insisting she lay just so much this way, and push just this much. And with wide eyes she simply stare at the tiny figure that was suddenly there.
Dark grey like her, but covered in a blue that resembled Demani's more than her own. Drawing the pup near she licked and cleaned at it for a long moment, before her eyes peered upwards at him mother, in a strange sense of approval seeking.-

(( I dunno if I could post yet but if you want me to take down the post I will ;;; )) Nanu being pushed in to the now world. The plasenta covering her partial body. Once her maw touched the air. She let out a whimpering cry. As any pup would when they come in to the world. Her teal tail moving from one side to the next but, her maw closed and her whimpering disappeared from her throat. Her paws searching where she had come from. Her thoughts were of blank and not even developed enough to fix up a set thought.
She pushed with her tiny paws under her now. Pushing back towards the plasenta. Sticking out her tiny pink tongue. Her eyes sealed shut from the morning sun. Trying to hide herself away. Being the first out had its misery, the light and the air felt weird. Her fur still silked down by the chemicals produced by her mother.

-Before she could get that approval however, she felt her stomach begin to lurch again, and giving once last lick to her first born, she shifted herself to birth the second, just as she had the first. Though it was a little easier this time, her breath still hitching with exersion. And the next pup to arrive had Demani's white coat, with her very own soft blue spots.
She looked almost angelic, the purity of her light colors amidst the birthing red and the lovely dark hues of her sister. And indeed the pup almost acted the part, only crying out once, before it too began to be cleaned and situated, before it lay serenely next to it's sister and mother.-

-As the last of the puppies made it's way into the world, naive Cascata was at the very least sure that the third would be her last. Her stomach no longer bulged with the life inside, only minutely larger then it had been before, the cramps of contractions were already wavering. Looking down to inspect and clean her final little girl, Cascata couldn't help but smile with joy. Three beautiful little girls! Not that she would have minded males.. but girls.. well she was still a little girl in a way, so the young ones resembled future playmates as much as they did children.
Girls she could pick flowers with.. chase butterflies with.. chatter and cuddle all over. The final girl was a bit of a mystery in her colors. White like Demani, and golden too.. but there was no real sign of Cascata in her at all. Perhaps it was a siblings black that she carried? But Cas thought she was beautiful nonetheless.-
-Sighing with soft contentment, she lay her head gently to rest for a few moments, now that the exhausting experience had come to an end. She was a mother now. A mother! If only her prince were here to see his new little princess'.-

The last pup seemed very livley and she kicked with her small little paws to try to understand what was going on. First she had been laying in some warm place now it was cold and everything around her smelled weird. Then she got a small little tail in her mouth...she licked it to try to find out what it was she had no idea it was one of her sisters tail. Then her natural instinct kicked in...she needed food and she knew it was somewhere infront of her. She started to crawl over her sisters just to be first..
The last born girl didn't whine anything at all she was actually glad something happend even if it felt much safer in her mothers tummy.
Demani walked down to the water area and then he picked up both Cascata's scent and then her mother Miremba as well. Oh so they both had to be here then. He wagged his tail happily since he had found them...he walked trough a few bushes and saw both of the females but Cascata was laying on the ground and he smelled blood. Maybe his mate was hurt that wasn't good at all.
Demani rushed up to Cascata to sheck that she wasn't hurt but when he stopped infront of Cascata he looked down at her and puffed at her lightly with his nose...then he heard some noices that he tought reminded of baby sounds since he had seen his half brothers being born he tought those noices sounded familiar...
" What the...Cascata are you alright? "
He didn't flick his tail anymore maybe because he was worried...then he peeked over Cascata to make sure he was right or wrong. Then he spotted 3 small pups trying to find there ways to Cascata's tummy there the food was...but Demani's brain didn't really connect he just starred at them.

-Her tongue flicked out lightly, to lap at each little girl gently, as if trying to convince herself that they were real. And indeed they did, each wriggling with life.
Gently her ears twitched as the familar voice sounded.- "Demaniiiii!" -A familar pleasant little cry of a greeting escaped Casca, mixed with a mild bark. Her heart nearly exploded with joy and excitement as he leaned over her to peer at his babies. And gently she licked his cheek, grinning as she stated matter of factly.- "I told you I'd have your babies Demani."

Her ears flicked some. Her eyes still closed as she nudged her way to the body heat that she felt near. Her eyes squeezed together, whimpering and 'nya'ing. She curled around her sisters all lazily like. Then her whimpering cracked dry and it stopped. Not to be made out the sound again. Her mouth though did open wide to look as though she was crying and whimpering like a normal pup. Guessing that it was natural. Form the high whimper from before..
Her tail curled slickly around her white sister's leg and an paw around her other white sister.

Oni felt something soft poking her she had no idea it was her sisters paw since she couldn't see anything she growled a little and couldn't really decide if she should like it or not since all this...well being born was so confusing...so strange and she didn't know what to think. But maybe that was being a live was life was indeed going to be filled with more adventures then this but right now this was enough even for Oni..
She pawed back at her grey and green sister just to make sure she knew she was there.
Demani shake his head a little and his golden eyes had gotten a little bigger while watching the babies and then Cascata again...sure she told him she was going to have his babies but he didn't really think it was going to happen so soon. Demani was still a shocked new father...
" Yeah you did but i didn't know it would happen this fast "
He bent over to sniff the girls he even stuck his tounge out to lick them a little...they sure smelled like both him and Cascata but they where still wet oh well they looked really cute actually. But what was he going to do now?

-So many things, so many ways to experience them. Despite the blindness of puppyhood her ears and nose took in everything in the tiny circling around them, ears twitching with the masculine sound above, before she curled into the tiny tail offered to her. She was too tired.. but soon enough she'd see it all!-
-Her tail beat a happy rhythm, only giggling some when her mate sounded his awe and confusion.- "I'm glad we didn't have to wait! Now it will be just you me and our little princesses."
-Fatigue was finnally beginning to weigh on the mother, and she yawned lightly, settling in to rest for a little while before she would move the babies back towards the pack area. But softly she mused her contentment, as she rested her head on her forelegs.- "When they're big enough Demani can teach them to swim. Everyone knows you're the bestest swimmer there is."
