I have a modding question for you guys:

Is it possible to replace an Original Floyd Rose or Schaller Floyd Rose tremolo with an Ibanez ZR (Zero Resistance) tremolo?

idk. they only locking trem i like is kahler. but i think you can.

It looks like the trem will need extra routing to fit into the cavity that an Original Floyd requires.

I don't know why you'd want that anyway XD OFR's are the s**t.

as for the trem..you have to make sure the spacing of the 2 posts are identical...i dont exactly know what this "zero-resistance" nonsense is...but as long as it has posts and they are the same distance apart as the original(actually the scahllers are better...schaller is the company that actually makes OFRs) itll work just fine

im not sure iof the zr will retrofit, they you cant, so buying an s prestige would be a smart idea ^_^, I wanna try the ZR, if you guyz have tried it pls send me a PM of your opinions on it.
