it happens to a lot of people. We're at the age when we start questioning alot of things... such as sex, and even our faith. perhaps you should pray about it... if you want to stop... get an accountability partner. Where you tell the person whenever you do something, and they with you. And through this the two of you can get past it. You've already made the first giant step by admiting it. Now all you have to do is to actually work to stop. My biggest advice is an accountability partner. BUT, the accountability partner wont help if your not honest with them... if you want, i can be your accountability partner... i'm usually online, and i can give u IM things as well... i learned from my youth pastor that when u start to be disgusted with the things your doing, and you say to yourself that you need to change it, then your ready to change it. you've made the first step, and i'm here if you'd like me to be here all the way ^^

I sort of have the same problem, but I'm getting better at it.
The way I'm getting myself through this is stopping when I start thinking about doing it, think about how ashamed of myself I am when I'm done and what God and Jesus think of me because I do it. I know they love me and won't ever stop loving me, but I can never really shake the feeling that they might be ashamed of me sometimes.

Personally, if you can't find a way to come out straight and confess it, just get a husband... or wife. It ends the need, as well as pressures you to stop doing either. So from a psychiological standpoint, it works. I don't even care if you're 13. Find a place where it's legal to marry young. Find a gentleman/lady who cares for you in spite of your shortcomings. Remember, this is ultimately because you're starting to feel the desire of completion through sex...

Guilt and shame are satan's favorite tools for getting us down. just repent and come clean before the lord and don't let satan get to you and make you feel condemned.
jesus does not want you to feel ashamed. despite everything he still wants you and thinks you're beautiful.
keep praying that the lord would deliver you. and try and read the scripture a lot and meditate on it. memorize some verses. pray the verses. it really really really helps.
and i agree with the guys who said to get an accountability partner. confessing is key to deliverance. maybe talk to a pastor or youth leader too.
one note about accountability partners...no offense to thrashmetaljunkie, but its really not best to have the opposite sex as your accountability partner unless its a leader you trust. Just speaking from experience. Its not completely healthy even when intentions are good. =/

Keep in mind that Satan cannot tempt you with something that you don't want. We sin due to our own desires, wrong though they may be. The core of the issue is in your heart. Pray to God that he will help you to change the content of your heart, as I do every night.

I've been struggling with a slightly similiar situation, only not over masturbation, my boyfriend and I have been sneaking off to be alone and getting into some thinks we shouldn't. I'm a virgin, but not wholly pure. We feel horrible about what we've done and we just pray, for strength to overcome it, for forgiveness to ease our guilt, and for all the other people in the world who suffer with the temptation of sexual sin. We've created like a list of sorts, of just things to do to keep us busy so that we're not tempted to do anything. It works pretty well.
