After a restful night, the white lioness was up and raring to go! It was time to go and explore the sea some more. Sevati's tail flicked impatiently as her companion was having a hard time getting up. Annoyed with his antics, she pawed at him and whined, "Ravvvviiii! I want to go and explore! Come on!" With a roguish grin, "Or else, I'll leave you here to fend for yourself!" She knew that'd get him and she was right. Pleased with herself, she turned and headed away from their resting area to explore the beach.

Yawning as the sun shone down on the male, Ravi had no intentions of getting up so earlier...but Sevi had other ideas. Her displeasure was made known to him as she whined. It was a good thing that the female didn't know she was his weakness or else it would be used to his disadvantage. Just as he was getting up, he saw that she had already left him for the sands below. Running to catch up after her, "Hey now! That's not very nice, to just leave me!"

Mirija was already among the waves. She reveled in the feeling of being let loose and yet it never led her to wander far. The sea was her home and being far from it seemed odd and unnatural. She hummed a little to herself, running her paws over the shifting sands that swirled about in the tide. Then, lifting bright green eyes she spotted someone coming towards her. Or, two someones. "Coo, look at them strangers!" she giggled with a smile. She raced across the sand, jumping up to perch on a large rock to get a better look at them, "Ya aren't from round here, are ya?"

At the voice, Sevati perked up happily as she flicked her tail. Turning to the source of the sound, her lime green eyes widen in surprise. A cub! Which means, there are other lions around here and they have come to the right place afterall! With a devilish grin to Ravi, she looked at the cub before shaking her head, "Nope! Not yet, at least. Do you live here?"

Golden eyes catch hold of Sevi's look as Ravi shook his head at her. She still hasn't changed all that much, has she? Ears perked up immediately as Sevi started talking to another. There were other lions around here? The male was intensely curious before his gaze landed on a cub not too far away from them. He came to Sevi's side and gave the cub a lopsided smile.

"Yes mum, I do!" Miri nodded, laying on her belly at the edge of the rock and leaning over slightly as she looked at them. Seeing that both were looking so intently at her, she turned a little, rubbing her cute fact against the stone and sliding shut one of those bright eyes of hers. "All meh life I have," she added. Suddenly she felt filled with a wonder at where they were from. But, not wanting the spotlight shifted, she didn't ask. Not just yet anyway.

Green eyes flicked towards the ocean as Sevati watched the waves roll in and out. At the cub's words, a smile grew on her features. "I love the water! There's so much more water here..." She looked back to the cub, "I'm Sevati!"

Shaking his head slightly at the white lioness, Ravi did the same and introduced himself as well, "I'm Ravi, it's nice to finally see a friendly face." He nodded slightly before he flicked his tail against Sevi, "She gets distracted so easily..." He couldn't help but chuckle, "What is your name?" To think that his half-siblings could be this small, but he'd never know.

"Can't drink it tho', all that water an' not a drop 'f it ta drink 'cause the salt'll make ya more thirsty then when ya started gulp'n the stuff down," Miri informed Sevati, more than happy to share her knowledge in the matter. She rolled over on her rock so that she was facing them...well, upside down. "Miri's the name," she said with a grin, "Mirija in full, but you'll be jus' fine call'n me Miri."

Stopping to look at the water, Sevati was perplexed. She tilted her head to the side, "Really? You can't drink this water? But there's so much of it here!" She's never seen this much water, but the thought of not being able to drink it made no sense. "Then, where is the water that you do drink, Miri?" She was curious now.

"A pleasure to meet you, Miri." Ravi replied, before he too was curious about the ocean. It's far different from the vast sands of the dunes...where he spent most of his cubhood there. Though the sand here, was much more welcoming. He flicked his tail slightly, chuckling at the cub's antics.

"Yeah there's lots, but it's 'cause of all the salt that ya can't," Miri explained again. Though she supposed she couldn't expect these strangers to understand it. But she certainly didn't seem to mind. "We drink the water up 'way from the coast, in streams an' the like 'cause they don't have the salt that'll make ya thirst and such." She finally wiggled over and moved onto her belly so that she could stand up, stretching her short limbs. "If ya want a drink I could take ya there."

Lime green eyes twinkled slightly as Sevati made her way to the water. Watching the waves roll in a few times, she smiled before bring her paw to the water. It was cool to the touch. With a devilish smile, she splashed some water onto Miri and giggled, "I got you!" As she said that, she was getting ready to splash some water on Ravi was well.

Watching Sevati carefully, Ravi knew she was up to something. The male made his way over to Miri, but he didn't succeed in stopping Sevati from having fun with the water. He chuckled before looking to Miri, "Two can play that game! Let's go and gang up on her!" He flicked his tail.

"Aye, you land lubbers can't hope to beat a lass of the sea like me," Miri boasted as she shook her fur, dripping with the salt water though it was. And then she bounded off, right into the waves. When the water began to roll in she lifted both front paws and splashed at the older lioness before darting off along the wet sand again, waiting for the tide to return. She knew just when it began to ooze back in and she was there, ready to splash a second time.

Laughing at Miri and Ravi, the white lioness flicked her tail, "I grew up with water...Ravi's the one that needs to worry!" Sevati smiled playfully before she jumped over the incoming wave. While she might have grown up around the large lake of the Mistweaver area, that was nothing compared to the ocean! While she tried to keep an eye on Miri, it was hard to keep an eye on her while at the same time, keeping an eye on Ravi.

He followed a little ways after Miri before stopping to turn back to Sevi. Ravi grinned roguishly before he raised his paw to get Sevi, "I'll get you, Sevi!" He was so unused to all the water, which was a reason why he couldn't catch any dinner the other night. His tail flicked at the water, spraying some while keeping an ear flicked in Miri's direction incase she was up to something, which he assumed she was.
