ok im trying to lose a lot of weight....and no one supports me
so basicly i need help i have been doing this since the beginning of summer and i have lost around 30 pounds so far..
im living on grilled chicken and 100 cal. things and water with the crystal light...
so post things i can eat?
things i can do to lose weight?
a way to get my mom to let go?
and a way to get my mom to stop bringing all that fat food in the house...
i live with my mom and shes NO help you see her eat all the fatty food and it sucks,she doesnt let me do anything i love to ride bikes its my new "hobby" i guess but i dont have a bike and my mom wont let me ride one around anyway. my knees are messed up right now..Gaian Losers (weight loss support guild!)
