I haven't looked it up yet, but if I remember correctly there's supposed to be a Spiderwick movie end of this year.
Has anyone else read the books?

I have just finished the last book... and have just watched the movie trailer....It looks awesome lol but I have to wait in till February! I want it to come out now! Anyway don’t mind me...

February?! Gah, I thought it was December. -_-;
I hope they do a good job on it; I'm not majorly addicted to the series, but it's a good read I could see it making a great movie if they use the right people.

Yes, I thought it was December too... wish it was lol...Yeah I have wanted to read the series before the movie came out but i just didn't have the time. Then when I heard that the movie was coming out I read them lol, and it would be an aweosme movie. Hopefuly they don't do a Eragon (change the movie from the books a lot!) Anyway the trailer looks cool so hopefuly the movie will be, we just have to wait!
only thing is....I can't wait! gonk

hmm i must admit the spiderwick chronicls wasn't the best of Chris riddles writing (ive read another serise from him and someone else (name, name???) and iliked i much better)
but the movie will have to have some awsome animation in it if it is to live up the the serise!

The series was so-so but the trailer for the movie looks amazing, I am so excited for it. The boy from Charile and the Chocolate Factory is in it, but I am not sure if he has a british accent.
