I don't think that that is realistic.
I saw that theory a while ago.
I don't think the connection is that great.
And if you go by looks, its really just how the artist draws people.

It's possible. Ian's face is a bit more squared when Louie's is a but more narrow and angular.

Well.. I didn't think they looked anything alike till I saw that one .gif where it pasted Ian's face over Louise's
however....
The suspicion that Ian's last name is really von helson has... been around a WHILE, lol... so.. It wouldn't surprize me if it was true, though I doubt it.
I mean afterall... the same artist probably draws both, its not unlikely that they would use similar bone structors.

It's probably just the artist style.

But then again, if it's artist style, the Ian must be a Gambino too. And obviously Martha Stewart, who is in fact a work of fiction as we all know. heart
