I go through off and on depressions. And when i do i lash out at the people who are special too me. And i really don't want to hurt them. It's all my parents fault. they yell at me all the time for almost no reason, and my dad will whip me with his belt. I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can someone help me???

Well i know what thats like, a couple of years ago i was really upset and i got angry at lots of my friends. But i got over it, and they forgave me, and now i'm really happy.
That sounds really bad, have you tried talking to your parents? Or if they won't listen or you're scared to, you could talk to social services or someone. If you try and stay out their way, it won't happen as much, but if its that bad you should get someone to make it stop.
Tell the people who are special to you that you don't mean it, and about your parents, i'm sure if they are as special as you think, they'll understand and they won't mind if you lash out, cause they'll know you don't mean it.

exactly.

i used to lash out too, and hurt people alot unintentionally. my mom knows that now so her anger at me has really died down and im trying to control myself. I think you just need to sit down and talk about it, and try to lash out it another way (after school acivity, stress reliver exercises, writing, doing chores to keep your mind off it worked for me....)

I used to be like that as well in seventh grade. I guess you could say that year was...not exactly how I planned it. A lot of horrible horrible things happened and I felt like I was always having mood swings.

If I learned anything from it though it's find someone to talk to. I didn't...I bottled up my emotions and now I have multiple personality disorder...my other personality is Sasha.
She hates everything even me. She's tryed to kill me before. She's like a demon and I can't get rid of her now...

I know that it's hard to get through but find a good therapist of a friend who will listen to you now. If not it will really come back and get you later. I'll pray that you can talk to your parents or someone who can help you get through it. Whatever you do though don't hurt yourself please.

u can always tell your friends that sometimes life just seriously sux,everyone knows that, and sometimes its hard to control your emotions, and if i ever feel like that i listen to my favorite songs and i'll feel better, hope ya feel better!
