I like a boy... and for a long time i was trying to get the nerve up to ask him out, and now i finally feel like i could do it... BUT... he had a girlfriend (he's bi)... so now i feel like i can't tell him how i feel about him, because nothing could come of it... what should i do? should i tell him how i feel, and hope that one day it will work out, or wait and see what happens between him and his girlfriend... or...
what would you guys do?

He "has" a girlfriend? Or he "had" one? If it's the first, you have no right getting between them. I think you know that, or you wouldn't have hesitated. If it's the second...well, nothing will come of it for sure if you don't do anything. And your relationship is going to be increasingly more strained as the lust starts to compound. I say go for it, tell him, and be done with it.

At the moment it sounds safer to just become closer to him. Hang out, get to know him better, and then maybe tell him. I wouldn't do anything to hurt his current relationship because that may make you come off bad.
