Disappear? Things could do that for real? Hm. That was...interesting. Oh, and scarey, very scary. Mostly because she assumed by saying this thing wouldn't disappear, that met other things would, and she didn't know what things.
She'd ask Noharu later. If she did so now she'd just look silly infront of the fuzzy-tailed boy, and that would be embarassing...and embarassing was scary, too. Taking his hand, she careful wandered out from under the table, blinking cluelessly.

He wasn't sure whether he should keep carrying the umbrella or hand it to her, so he simply held it up and kept her at his side, she could say something if it bothered her, "You alright?" Ok, so momma had taught him a few things about patience with the other kids, some of them didn't like loud and fast, apparently some of it had stuck. Well, that and he was determined to get his ice cream.

"Alrrrright." It sounded like she was repeating the word instead of answering, but it was infact a signal she was just fine. Aside from being terrified of nearly everything, that is.
The sound of a passing car with a particularly sent her into another of what Noharu had dubbed "fear fits". The end result being her clinging to the other Eden's arm. The one not holding the umbrella, that is. "Bad!" She squeaked, closing her eyes tightly.
Too loud, too loud.

The boy looked a bit startled, but quickly thought (Ha thought) back to when he used to get scared by things, what did momma used to do? Right! "It's ok, it's not gonna hurt you, it's just kinda loud, but they pass by quick. Wanna go inside where it's not so loud?" It was kind of strange, this whole quiet thing, but she was nice, and she seemed to like things quiet.

Yes, quiet. Karoko prefered things totally silent. Not for long amounts of time, unless it was among stranger. Silence with Noharu was just uncomfortable. The Eden was obviously very picky about the volume around her, not just about what she ate.
Opening one eye slowly, she glanced up at the boy hesitantly before letting go of his arm, pulling back and nodding rapidly. He wasn't mad? Well, that was good. Noharu had said clinging to people was bad, and she didn't want to be bad, but he didn't seem upset over it...

Teagan hesitated for a moment before trying to take the girl's hand again, trying to keep her under the shade of the umbrella. "It's quieter in there." He repeated, pointing to the door. "An there's probably a darker room."
Ul watched curiously, squinting as she tried to figure out why he was being so polite, surely she had to be bribing him with something. She pouted, looking to Noharu, "Does she have anything sweet with her?"

At first, Karoko flinched and moved away out of instinct. A second later, she took Teagan's hand hesitantly. "Okay." For once, she answered instead of just nodding, her bright, blue eyes examining the door as if it were some kind of trap.
Really, Noharu hadn't been the least bit interesting in what the Eden were doing. Unless one started screaming or crying, she didn't plan on casting them a second glance. Ul's words still got her attention...
Or...some of it anyway.
Without looking away from the ground she seemed to find oh-so-interesting, the guardian answered, "Eh? Oh, no. We don't have anything like that where we live. She doesn't care for sweet things."

He cocked his head to the side, letting his ears flop over, and smiled cheerfully before he repeated, "Kay then!" Ooh, that was probably a bit too loud, hopefully she wouldn't mind. With a rather interesting balance trick, he managed to pull the door open with his foot while he still kept hold of her hand and the umbrella. Once inside, he looked around curiously, his stomach rumbling at the sudden assault of smells. Well, there was a colorful looking room, probably a playroom, near the back. Maybe she'd want to go back there, away from the people. "Eh?" He asked, gesturing with the hand that held hers.
"Interesting." She said simply, looking a bit puzzled. "I've honestly never seen him like this before, thought surely she must have something he wants, sugar cane or something." Shifting so that she was propped up on her elbows, Ul took another lick of the ice cream, deciding a little sharp flavor was better than having it melt all over her arm.
