Atae grinned sheepishly. "...I was having fun." But she listened and nodded agreement to what Zell was saying and proceeded to do as she was asked. The jog was easy to slip into. She was used to traveling at a brisk walk or jog, unless she was intentionally being liesurely about her wandering outdoors. An actual run might have been pushing her paw too much, but she'd been jogging even with it having trouble. It was too far to most of the places she liked to visit not to.
Jog completed she returned to Zell, flexing her paw thoughtfully. It still felt all right... but that didn't necessarily mean a lot. The cool down he'd mentioned would help, but it was likely she might wind up with a few sore spots from the stretches since her body wasn't used to them, and not just in her paw. Which meant she'd just have to make sure she did the stretches before bed and when she got up so her muscles wouldn't get stiff on her.

His spiked blonde hair shook as Zell laughed. "Good! Should be fun! Just don't wanna tax ya or anything."
He jogged around with her, then checked the flexibility of her paw when they stopped. "Kay. Let's cool down." A huge grin. "Ya did good, 'Tae."
It could almost be amusing, watching the hyper SeeD reign in his boundless energy to go slowly through the cool down exercises.

Atae imitated Zell yet again, taking corrections with good grace, and smiling broadly when they were done. "So... anything specific I need to do before I come back tomorrow?" She planned to do the stretches again later, of course, but just in case there was something else...
Kitsyn, acting as though she only just realized they were just about finished for the day, stretched and stood up lazily. "So, kiddo, you wanna go home when we're done, or you wanna hang out for a while?"

Zell grinned. "Just those stretches for your paw. Maybe a few times. Like if you feel it starting to get tight after what we've put it through, and definitely before going to bed. That's gonna be the toughest, since you probably won't be moving it a whole lot then. Probably'll need to do them first thing on waking, 'cause it's likely to get a little stiff overnight."
More of his grin. This time flashed to include Kitsyn too. "Always willing time & space to hang out 'round here, so like you can leave or stay as you wanna." Bounce. Bounce. Shadowbox jab.

Atae thought for a moment. "Well, I think I'll at least say hi to everyone..." She looked askance at Kitsyn.
"Well, go on then! I wouldn't have asked if you wanted to if I wasn't going to let you. 'Sides, kiddo, you're grown now, you can make your own decisions." Kitsyn rolled her eyes and made an overly dramatic expression of exasperation.
Atae stuck her tongue out at the scarfed femme and happily trotted over to the door and went inside the little house to greet those she knew.
((I figure they'll hang around for a bit and then go home... I don't really feel like RPing it so we'll just let it drop here?))
