meh... I prefer the middle notes, and I love playing second trumpet. Too bad my director forcibly made me switch to first... -.-
High notes are pretty easy for me to hit, but they just get really annoying after awhile.

I like all of them. I solo a lot so I've grown accustom to being all over the register. BUT if I had to choose something, I'd probably choose to play in the lower range actually. It makes me feel comfortable, warm, and not trying too hard. No offense, but I just love the sound of a soloing trumpet playing down low with great tone.

I prefer playing high notes over low notes, but love the sound of low notes. I can just never get those low notes without being VERY flat.
