I'm thinking about making my hair super-dark (almost black color of brown) for a character I'm doing. My hair is the right length and texture, but it's dirty blonde. I definitely don't want to use a wig or permanent color. My mother says that semi-permanent color will make my hair not look it's original color even when it washes out, and that temporary color won't make it dark enough. Has anyone ever had this problem? What should I do?
