When I was still in high school they told me that I had no rights while I was attending school and that there would be no democracy....school administrations are dictatorships. They are required to teach us in America our Constitutional rights, but we are not allowed to have them while on school grounds. Atleast, that's how things were where I went to school. I think the ruling over this was based on religion and not his First Amendment rights.

That sounds like a pretty shitty school.
