Grilled cheese is pretty simple. Slice of cheese between two slices of bread. It's also boring as hell. Thus, the following has been created.
Requires a Foreman Grill, else it will wind up everywhere.
You will need
2 slices bread
3 slices pepperjack cheese
2 vegetables of your choice, sliced
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 jar cheese salsa
Preparation
On the Foreman, grill the veggie slices long enough for the grill's groove marks to be visible on the food. In a bowl, mix the condensed tomato soup (leave it as-is) and a few heaping spoonfuls of the cheese salsa.

The sandwich will slide as it cooks! Be sure to check frequently to confirm it's all in one piece. While the sandwich is cooking, stick the soup-salsa mix in the microwave for 30-60 seconds; remove and stir.
Once the sandwich is complete, set onto a plate to cool/solidify. Cut into halves or quarters. Dip in soup and enjoy!
I prefer this sandwich with mushrooms (even though they're not technically vegetables) and cucumbers.
