That was enough to earn a snort out of the Spaniard, as well as a disbelieving shake of his head. "Can't help what you feel like, chico, don't apologize for it! Besides--" Kaoru's words had him pause, thoughtfully regarding the other for a minute. With another snort, not exactly managing to conceal the grin that flitted across his face, Luis shrugged. "Something that gets me in more trouble than it's worth, I'll tell you that much..." Dark eyes tracked the other's movements as he rose, slipping back as though he was about ready to bolt. Couldn't exactly blame him.
"Friends?" Luis drawled, as though faintly surprised himself. "So long as you don't breathe a word about this to anyone? I don't see why not." The Spaniard shrugged easily enough, then sprawled himself back out on the couch. "Just...make it our little secret, all right?"

Kaoru blinked once. Secrets. He was good with those. "Yeah... our little secret," he whispered, nodding once, before stepping back again. "I guess... I'll see you around, then, Senor Sera. Uhm... g'bye."
And with that, he slipped away again, stepping quickly towards the door of the cabin and nudging the door open so he could slip outside, where he was quick to hurry into the cover of the forest. A good place to hide, and think things over, and rethink things again.
Though he doubted things would change.
