We're so miserable and stunning.I don't think the admins wanted to waste time to create a minor character, so they just gave him normal clothes.

Poor Rancher Bill... his cows were the ones that started all the 19 and conspiracy theories, and now he's been forgotten and accused of having a false beard heart

But Rancher Bill is not a fake.I meant more along the lines of the way that they were banned - there's an account of it in God's comments somewhere.
I can understand that if he'd refused to change the names, banning would have been the next step, but he'd agreed to change them.
