*NOT VEGAN,JUST MEAT-LESS*
--2 large tomatoes, with tops off and stuff scooped out, so you have 2 hollow tomatoes --pack of fresh mushrooms, sliced to tiny bits --garlic bulb (2 segments). crushed or chopped --butter --pepper --fresh basil, chopped fine
melt the butter in a saucepan, adding the bits of fresh garlic when its liquified. then add the basil and the mushrooms, stirring to coat the mushrooms in the mixture.
add the pepper and salt and cook until mushrooms go tender, stirring constantly.
spoon the mixture into the cold, hollow tomatoes. drizzle with olive oil. et voila! uber tasty!

oo that sounds yummeh ! actually come to think of it, I've had that, but it was in a pepper, not a tomato xD

Sounds delicious! It could be made vegan by substituting vegan margarine for the butter, by the way. :]]]

I've had that in a pepper before, and it had some meat too, I didn't really like it though, at least the meaty part...
