Additionally, there's also http://www.kosher.com which will deliver anywhere in the US, Canada, and several other countries.
They'll even ship fish, meats, and cheeses. It's very cool. They catch it, butcher meat (or cut fish), wrap it in paper to keep the pieces from sticking together, and flash freeze it immediately. Then they wrap that in this cool space-age astronaut stuff. Then they pack it in styrofoam and fill it with dry ice, then put the styrofoam in a big cardboard box, then ship it with swift delivery. They'll overnight it, for a big fee, but even their "slow" shipping will get it there within 3 days of order. The ice and wrapping would keep the fish or meat just fine for a week.
The fish isn't CHEAP, but even with shipping, it turns out that ordering through http://www.kosher.com winds up costing less, per pound of fish, than my local kosher fishmonger, whose stuff is frankly not all that fresh.
