BACK TO MAIN TOPIC!!!!
What if kakashi had a kid that was friends with sasuke's kid and then they went on a mission with this girl who was medic and then kakshi's kid loses HIS eye and sasuke's kid would be like OMFG! HERE! TAKE MY EYE!!!! THEN YOU CAN BE LIKE YOU'RE DADDY! and collapses and dies...leaving sasuke to mourn his son. He takes after his mother i swear.......

nintendonerd Unfortunately that does nothing to aid your theory. Using your example the man with the kidney transplanted. If that man had a kid, you're telling me that he would have a cadaver's kidney? i agree

okay, here's my idea.
I believe that because the eye implanted in Kakashi-sama works as a sharingan nstead of as the regular eye it was before the sharingan was activated by obito, it must mean that kakashi's transplant was a full and total success. I would assume that this eye would start to function as a regular part of kakashi's body, meaning that it was almost as if it had always been his. if his body has already learned to USE the sharingan, it must have had some affect on his DNA. so i believe that the child that kakashi has will inherit the sharingan trait in both its eyes. but because he is not of the pure Uchiha blood instead of the Hatake blood, it will probably be forever dormant.

That's why it never de-activates and he has to cover it up with the headband, to keep it from running full time and draining his chakra...
Its also why he can't use it as much as an Uchiha could because it DOES really run down his chakra.
Also, though this would be a good way to back up something in a fanfic, I doubt that it would ever actually show up in any offspring. That would probably have taken a surgery with the intent to genetically alter him, and that's assuming that they have techniques that can do that. Anyway, it wouldn't have been possible (or at least VERY unlikely.) for anything in the way of genetic mutations/alterations to have happened. I think its a wonder that he even has use of the eye... I mean its a genetic trait of a family other then his. Then there's the conditions in which it was put in. Rin (Don't shank me if I didn't spell her name right, ok? Its been forever) could very easily have made a mistake and then there's also the possibility of infection and the body's rejection of the foreign part.
