It does. At 12 pm PST which is 3 p.m. EST... and the rest of you can figure out your own time.
There is a plot going to happen at the ball, and I suggest you all try to include yourselves in it. It's pretty sweet (I'm playing one of the major Pseudo-NPCs). It's a mystery-plot, and it could help us all warm up on our investigation skills.
There are also going to be cool prizes to be won... and... various other things. I shan't tell you the name of my Pseudo-NPC
You'll have to figure it out for yourself.
Tso made all of the nifty cards for the workers.
Gaia is supposed to set it up a forrum like they've done in the past. I'm excited.
