Besides, it doesn't even add up my storage items and that's where most of my rares, letters, etc. are.

Its just she accidentally banned her account with her good items on it. XD
It was my little cousins old account but his mom said he wasn't allowed on it any more because of his age. They asked me on of those stupid secruity questions when I logged on it and I banned it untill 2012. XD
