Why should anyone have to work in a place they don't want to be in? If they're here legally they have all rights to get jobs where the employer will let them, if they can speak english, al be it poor english, they have the same right as you or any other person. If it had been an english person that was so s**t thick they could barely speak english, then I'd expect it to be a problem.
How many other languages can you speak well enough to move to that country and work there? They can only improve by using their skills and learning more.

Yeah, i can understand your point but maybe they shouldn't be put in a place where they can't cope very well at first.
Just let them build their way up the ladder.
Myself would like to make a small point *nods* It shouldn't be necescary for em to get a job where they need to speak fluent english to learn the language. We know the other method as socialising. Now I would imagine employers would sort of half want a worker that can do their job properly. The immigrants are probably costing McDonalds a fair bit of money with the whole not being able to understand the general folks that walk in the doors as they are standing with one customer for ten minutes before even placing the order.......But yeh they bug me too xp
