ok i think its either yodaime just because yodaime and the aktsuki leaders hair are identical or its a new character.

The leader was definately the 3rd which is also naruto's FATHER!! eek Shoking eh..? well this may be a random flash that may not be true but all the episodes have made sence to the naruto story so far eeeven if it is just making fun of some things smile http://youtube.com/watch?v=iTZ-nMhH7ikwell there we go if you dont belive me its ok but its just what i think BUUUUT! rmember when orochimaru tryed to summon the last 3 hokages with his forbidden jutsu? Tobi never reveals if he is Madara, or Obito, or any new character.
The 4th is naruto's father, Yondaime, or more precisely, Minato. The third was to old to be his father anyways.
Pain does resemble Naruto, but no, nothing alike. I love where the manga is right now, but sadly, I think Kishi is extending it a little bit. how long can we watch JiraiyaxPain. Pains going to win though, its obvious..
I would say Lee and Neji will tie. :] Well, speaking in terms of after the time skip.

I think that Madara is the leader. But I did read about that all of the members of the Uchiha clan were elimintaed but Sasuke and Itachi.
