xD Pretty much it's just looking at my hands and then repeated failures until I get something workable. @_@

The linework is okay. Somewhat sketchy in some parts, but this is easily helped with practice and experience. C:

Wings are good that they actually look like wings! But remember that there are many other feathers other than those at the bottom. Try to look at other artist's wings and see how they layer them and such. It takes some time to get the hang of.

YES! A light source, omigoodness. <3 Shading should include more shadows and knowledge of lighting. You can help that by observing how light falls on people everyday. Or you can look pictures and see how light source placement and everything affects the shadows. :'D

Overall, I find this is a good piece with a lot of potential. Keep drawing~ <3333

The legs do not look as realistic as the rest of the body
and the left shin should not bend backwards
but otherwise it looks great

Haha, I totally agree about the leg.
I looked at it after I drew it, and was all like, "WTF?"
But the original art was destroyed, sooo...
