I'm creating a new page to summarize the guild based off of Soul Tear's original rules and such page, but updated with a few things that have been added. It's a work in progress but hopefully it'll help make the guild policies and things easier for new members to understand and condense things so we can delete a few announcements or at least send them to the Archives so the front page looks better or at least cleaner.

Handed down straight from our founder and original captain here are the original rules and regulations of the guild which I have decided should be kept basically in their original form, with a few of my added comments.
Rules and Regulations
1. No Ignorance. Try to keep posts and writing relatively intelligible and readable.
2. No Fighting. Good humored teasing and occasional disagreement or argument is fine (Refer to Spooky Story Contest Thread in Archives), but harrassment and serious personal attacks will not be tolerated.
3. Minimize Swearing. Literary use of swearing in writing is perfectly acceptable but unnecessary swearing and vulgarity in responses and some activities is not.
4. Stay Active! I kid you not, that is one of Soul Tear's rules so you better start obeying it.
5. Reduce Clutter. Every member is entitled to post a topic for writings in the Journals subforum. Separate postings of writings should be minimized.
Consequences
1. Notice of CorruptionEither public or private depending on situation.
2. PM
3. Name on Suspension List Once on Suspension List actions your actions will be monitored and criticized more harshly and later offenses after removal could result in return to Suspension faster.
4. Expulsion

Empty as always, thankfully.

Subforums
The guild currently has six subforums in addition to the main forum each with a moderator in charge. Moderator in charge of each subforum is responsible for making sure topics are appropriate for the forum, coming up with ideas for the subforum and answering questions about the specific subforum. The owner, Daykurfin, can also be contacted if the moderator in charge doesn't respond or is unable to answer the question.
Main- Announcements, Updates, Guild History, and Special Honors
Moderator in Charge- Daykurfin
Crew Forum- Subforum only for Crew to discuss ideas and guild policies. Hidden from Guild at large.
Activities- Literary Games and Contests
Moderator in Charge- Daykurfin
Journals- Subforum For Members to Post Their Writings To Be Viewed By Other Members and Commented On. Try to keep to one topic per person. Group writings into one topic.
Moderator in Charge- Jehosaphat
Hangout- Discussion Threads and Hanging Out With Other Writers
Moderator in Charge- Parari~Flight~
School- Work In Progress To Start A Kind of School For Guild Members
