Shelton Benjamin, He needs the WWE Title more then any one. He works his butt off in every match, and delevers better then just about anyone. But he still needs to work on his finisher.

I know who's most popular, which is Cena.
For best of best? I can't say since there's no X Division there, just Heavyweights and all these complicated titles such as intercontinental, tag, bla bla bla and all those crap. However, I think its Lashley, mainly because I really want to see Cena's a** gets beaten.

Mr. Kennedy. Hands down.
And here's a warped thought. If they decided to go the route of D-X again when Triple H gets back, or not, have him and Kennedy team up. Run roughshod over the tag division for a bit.
That's a team I'd get behind to hold the titles for a few months. Cade and Murdoch are alright, but H and Kennedy would be a devastating team.
