i love some of the looks of lolitas.
i haven't seen any in real life though, not to my memory.
one day, i'd love to dress up and go to school as one, probably.
the skirts and dresses make me smile.

I used to be REALLY into Lolita and J-rock.
Then I grew up.
I own a LOT of Lolita that I have all gotten from
http://cosmates.jp/
Their stuff is a really quality, it's nice, and they ship to America.
I'm REALLY Surprised that, that thread didn't have it on their list.

I'm a sweet lolita. I like Angelic Pretty, BtSSB, Meta, Innocent World and MAM. I also dislike Mana and anything cheap that tries to pass off as Lolita when it's just a miniskirt with 'moar race' on it. :[ Not cool.
Cosmates is not on that list because 1. They are icky, horrid materials, quality and lace compared to real brands. and 2. see 1.

It really isn't flattering! I was obsessed for quite some time, and though I was on the larger side I really didn't care, which is cool and all... since, I've lost a lot of weight but it's just not something that captivates me enough to wear quite as much. I may some day pick it up again, and I've still got all my clothes, but I've yet to go all out since :]
Though, as far as my liking it IS concerned... classic lolita FTW!

Cos I'm like totally broke...
I know of this girl who works in this store which sells lolita items! so cool eh?
the shop owner is really friendly!!
I think I suit waloli and classic loli. hahas.

I'd love to dress lolita, but it's kind of difficult when there can be -20C outside in the winter and +25 in the summer. Plus it's so expensive and I can't sew. My bodytype isn't right for it either ._. I'm too fatty.

I is Ninja Froggie!  I think I slightly suit Lolita, I'm short, look small, and act childish, but I'm a bit too busty to fit the 'cute little kid' look.
Where I live it's always mega hot so walking around in Lolita everyday would be tedious, and it would be extremely weird here so I wouldn't dedicate myself to it D=
I'd like to get interested in making the clothing, my Grandma's a tailor so I guess she could start me up =O
Edit: I don't like Gothic Lolita though, not a fan of extreme blacks or 'creepy' things, I like the cute colorful kind =Dáéíóú
