Okay so alot of people have been saved by MCR, and I haven't I'm a pretty happy person.
does it make me less of a fan?

No, that doesn't make you less of a fan. I was a fan for 2 years before they "saved" my life. It just made me understand exactly what other fans meant. You shouldn't worry about being considered more or less of a fan. It's like a popularity contest, which is dumb. As long as you like the music and respect the band, that's good enough, IMO.
