WWWEEEE-HHHHHHHEEEEEE!!!!!!! i do everything on that list... or i can but i just don't do lights and i'm mostly a costumer
but my hardest show to do tech for would have been Terry Pratchet's Wyrd Sisters because it was my first time designing costumes and there were 17 people doing a LOT of different parts and it was period-ish... the big thing that made it hard was that i didn't know how to sew at the time
okay... i lied because there were several... for different tech jobs
Vital Signs was hard because i was the ME and i just don't like that job... too much responsibility to make sure no one gets killed and the dance department has a studio right above the space where the show was and they were having a show at the same time so the dancers kept on knocking out lights out of focus
Abstract Expressions just sucked because i was the sound designer and the director just wanted someone to put the music SHE wanted on a CD and set levels... she didn't want to let me actually design and i wanted to... so we butted heads a lot and then there was a little instance where i almost walked off the show

Hardest show... Probably when I did 'Alice in wonderlandd' in high school. Mostly because I was tech director (had a crew of about 8 working in 4 teams of 2) acting in it, and at one point was part of the band for it whee never again......

I'm stage managing a 15 minute one act play. My friend chose me for his stage manager because in his directing class, their final project is to direct a one act. So when I got the position he told me that I'd just be cueing the light and sound techies for when the sounds had to come and the lights had to change. Well apparently, the Acting teacher would rather see him teach me how to run the sound board. So I'm nervous because I've never done anything technical for a play and now I have to run the sound board on my own. whee

On a side note, from reading people's posts... theatres work very differently from one another. Our costume girls, actors/actresses and techies are very seperate from each other. So is our set building. We have parents do it for some reason. *shrug*
Anyways, I can do everything, and have done everything, but I suck at lights. I love being on stage, as stage manager. Haha.
The hardest tech show(s) were the last two musicals... i was stage manager for both. Fiddler on the Roof.. we had these three houses, and one of them was MASSIVE and weighed a TON. We had to move it back for some of the scenes, then QUICKLY move it back into place. It was horrible.
"Big" was hard because there was SO MUCH stuff, including a FULL SIZE trampoline, an elevator that wouldn't move, a HUGE bedroom set that weighed a lot (and had to be turned around) then a lot of little pointless stuff that drove me crazy. Luckily, there was two stage managers for this show, so we were able to deal with it.. but it sucked.

I just work on the stage crew at my school, usually doing lighting (occasionally costume/set on small-scale productions). I've done a couple of costume courses at a theatre, and also do a bit of acting.
Lighting is undoubtedly my favourite, though. Especially now I've finally worked out how to program our school lighting computer!
We have a tradition in our school (well, its probably only been around around as long as this particular Drama teacher has been working here) where after we've finished a show, we break out the remainder of the show fund to buy Domino's Pizza. They know exactly where to come now smile Once I walked into the hall and the whole stage was COVERED with fun-size chocolate bars, pizza and fizzy drinks. Soon we will be unable to climb ladders.
Hardest show I've ever done? Costumes for a performance of 'Odysseus' on a costume course. Each of the 60 or so actors had at least two changes of costume, each costume had two layers (otherwise they were see-through, haha), and muggins here had to sew about half of them, due to strict laws about who can use the industrial sewing machines.

Hardest show I've ever teched.....ITs a tough call, I worked lights for Steel Magnolias, and that was simple execpt for we had one of the neccery light plugs start to spark and smoke I think it even started a small fire. Then I stage managed for student directed one acts, that was fairly simple untill it came to murging and keeping the chaotic cast quiet. but it definetly wasn't the hardest.....When we did Bye Bye Birdie I also worked lights, that wasn't too bad execpt we had to set lights the night before our first show cause the set pieces weren't all built untill then, meaning that my first "dress rehersal" was a performance, that was insane. Then there was lighting for Our Town, We had the lights set on time, but it was nothing but specials all over the stage, that some how had to murge and make a general wash.
I think Our town was the hardest to light, Bye Bye Birdie was the most stressful, Steel Magnolias was the most chaotic, and in the end the One-Acts were pretty laid back. But they all had their hard parts.
